Occupation Description

Agricultural and food science technicians work with agricultural and nutrition scientists in food, fiber, and animal study, manufacture, and dispensation; and contribution with animal breeding and nutrition. They conduct trials and experiments to advance harvest and superiority of yields or to increase the resistance of florae and faunae to illness or insects. Consist of specialists who support food scientists or technologists in the investigation and development of production technology, quality control, packaging, dispensation, and use of nutrition.
