Occupation Description

Audio and video equipment technicians setup and/or operate A/V equipment including displays, projectors, microphones, speakers, monitors, or recording devices. They are also tasked with connection of wires and cables, preparation of sound and mixing boards, and other related components for sporting events, meetings or conventions, concerts, presentations, and conferences. They often prepare and run related spotlights and or entire lighting systems.
